Weaving
Weaving Facility being the backbone of every textile manufacturing company, Ismail Fabrics has its own weaving unit. Other than Sulzer, we have a large network of reliable Air jet weaving units whom we have been working with since 2008. Some of our articles like Satins, Twills, Half Panama, Ducks and some other value-added items are produced on Air jet looms.
Processing
We can process our products on thermosole dyeing, continuous bleaching plant, Flat bed, Rotary Print and pad steam range from Germany and South Korea, which are capable of annual production of 28 million meters on international standards. Our excellent dyestuffs, shade variance and colour batch preparation assure that our products sustain the premier quality of international standards. Due to significant concern towards quality and environment, we are certified with OEKO TEX 100.
Unit Stitching
Our specialized cut to pack set up can produce up to 30,000 pieces a month for basic styles with 20,000 piece capacity for more complex made-ups. Machines are constantly being updated with modern fully automated models that increase productivity for a skilled mix of workers and supervisors. Finishing setup includes trimming, pressing, labelling and packing staff.

Quilting and Wadding
Modern machines with Automated Quilting capabilities using Single Needle, Multi Needle, and ultra sonic methods are available with us. With the use of these machines, we can quilt a specific, specially created pattern upon request. Other then that, Ismail Fabrics has a facility for automatic pillow filling and a wadding mill for manufacturing polyester rolls for use in the quilting process.

Our highly experienced and professional inspection team makes frequent quality checks at different production stages. Similarly, before packing is started, keen quality checks are done to make sure that the standards have been met to maximise customer satisfaction. After this, packing starts and we deliver the products in any fascinating style of packing as per customer's requirements. Either its rolling artefact or created ups for the industrial/retail market. guaranteeing the standard of merchandise with engaging presentation and simple identification, equipped with latest balling press, rolling Machine and Crease & lapped machines.
